A second man who was prior to accusing the capital murder for a shooting in February, says Dallas police

The second man faces a capital murder in connection with the shooting on February 28 in southern Dallas, the police said on Thursday.

According to Thursday’s press release, the American Marshal’s Task group arrested 31-year-old Thomas Jefferson. Dutch prison documents show that he was reserved on Wednesday evening and it is not immediately clear whether he has a lawyer.

Before Thursday’s announcement, the police in Dallas said earlier on March 4 that they arrested 35-year-old Dequnt Shannon. He also becomes accusing of capital murder.
