A arrested man, accused of a woman’s sexual assault in Northeast Side Hotel, statement statement

San Antonio – A man from San Antonio was arrested after he allegedly sexually attacked a woman in a hotel room in a north -eastern part, in accordance with a statement of arrest obtained by KSAT.

23-year-old Anthoney Luckey was accused of sexual assault on a 28-year-old woman on March 11.

On this day, the police in San Antonio were sent to 8,800 Village Drive block to report sexual assault.

In a statement, Detective Sapd wrote that the victim said that she had sold the electronic item to Luckey, from which he was dissatisfied.

When a woman met with Luckey, the statement said he had a weapon and threatened to hurt her boyfriend, unless she gave him a “sexual favor” in exchange for the debt of the phone.

According to the detective’s report, the victim agreed and went with Luckey to the hotel in 4600 Rittiman Road.

The maintenance man unlocked the door to the room in which she said she agreed to have sex with Luckey. However, many men entered the room, and the victim told the detective that she did not agree to sex with men or Luckey.

The statement then stated that the men injected her with methamphetamine several times during the assault, which left a visible sign of injection and bruise, and also caused her to overdose her.

Luckey and other men placed her in the shower and sprayed with cold water to remain vigilant, according to the arrest statement.

Then the victim said Sapd that most men left, except for Luckey, who attacked her again sexually.

The statement stated that Luckey fell asleep, whose victim used as an opportunity to escape and report the police incident.

After the arrival of the authorities and searching the hotel room, Sapd said that Luckey turned to the officer to deny any accusations that he had sexually attacked the victim.

According to detective, Luckey tried to prove his case, showing the officer the victim’s recording, stating that she did not accuse him of sexual assault. Investigators believed that Luckey’s recording seemed to be taken while the victim was under duress, according to the statement.

However, when Luckey was brought to the headquarters, he admitted that he had sex with the victim, he gave a statement.

According to the report of detective Sapd Luckey, he told the police that he witnessed the forced tangetamine injection in the victim, as described by the authorities.

According to the files of the Bexar Court, Luckey is in the face of bonds of USD 200,000 with special conditions, such as you must not buy or use a firearm, it must not contact the victim and they are not allowed to consume alcohol.

The documents indicate that Luckey, who was reserved in adult custody in Bexar, is currently waiting for the indictment.
