Lynchburg, Virginia – a high school student in Portsmouth was accused of one number of offenses and batteries after a high school film became popular.

The film, made during the 3 VHSL athletics championships last week at Liberty University in Lynchburg, showed that the runner from Portsmouth hit Lynchburg in his head with a stick.
