Is there a possibility that the IPL team included a player who is not part of his registered team and later releases him? In particular, the team can sign the player only for part of the season, or rather only for one match, and then let him go? Although it can be assumed that such temporary AD Hoc arrangements are not allowed, the Cryquet Control Council in India (BCCI) in fact decided unique circumstances in which partial substitutes are allowed.

In a statement with teams, BCCI explains the circumstances in which a partial deputy is allowed, and also talks about creating a pool called Rapp (a registered available pool of players). The franchise can take players from Rapp to replace. The concept of rapp has also been clearly defined.

The unique recipe applies to Folter. States an important clause: “6.1: substitute players will not be able to cover the partial inaccessibility of the player in the season, unless one of the following circumstances applies:

(a) If all the wickets in the registered franchisee team are inaccessible to the match, so the franchisee should ask Bcci for a special release. In such circumstances, BCCI would be favorable at the request for permission for a short -term replacement flare from the outside, a registered franchisee branch to be introduced into a registered team, as long as one of the specialized wickets in this registered team will not be available to play at this moment such a short -term replacement wicket, he can no longer play for a suitable franchisee.

“In such circumstances, the franchisee will immediately inform BCCI about the fact that any of his specialist folters qualifies to play after any period of unavailability. If one of the inaccessible gates in the registered team of the franchisee is a player abroad and that the franchisee has his full amount of 8 foreign players.

According to managers, franchise IPL contacted by this site is an extraordinary principle. However, there is no registered instance in which no team used it in 17 seasons. However, a decision was created.

The Rapp list contains the names of players registered for the player auction for the appropriate season, provided that the player (a) was not taken to the player auction and (b) did not withdraw from the player’s auction process.
