Virginia, the United States – athlete at high school in the United States, who seemed to hit the player with a baton during the 4 × 200 meters race, which, he claims, was random, is now a striker and a battery load for the incident.

Alaila Everett from IC Norcom High School in Portsmouth, Virginia was accused of an offense, in accordance with the Lynchburg lawyer’s office, Commonwealth, as reported by Wavy TV 10 News.

Everett broke her silence, stating that she was facing racial insults and threats of death for “losing balance” and “accidentally” hitting Brookville High School, Junior Kaelen Tucker, who claimed that the brain shock was diagnosed and possible fracture of the skull.

Norcom was disqualified after the race.

Now the Portsmouth National Association for Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) has been defended by Everett.

According to Wava TV 10 News, Portsmouth Nacp wrote in a statement of March 12 in all hats: “Alaila is not an attacker”, while blowing up the media for presenting her as such. The statement was also condemned by racial insults and threats addressed to the athlete.

Meanwhile, NAACP extended prayers for both runners and their families and noticed the possibility of criminal charges, calling them “worrying” and “unjustified”.

Since then, Everett’s family has received court documents because Tuckers are looking for a protective order and demanded an apology from the athlete.
