The coach of Western Virginia prohibits dance players on Tiktok

Football coach West Virginia Rich Rodriguez issued to his players an ultimatum on dance on the popular Tiktok social media platform.

He explained, however, that his team would still be able to use the application. “They will be on it, so I don’t prohibit them. I just prohibit their dance, “said Associated Press press agency.

Rodriguez said that his players are dancing in Tiktok dance trends, they would not adapt to the image that he predicts for their team. He added: “You are there in your tights dancing on thicket is not a picture of our program I want.”

University players more and more often published dance films on Tiktok, because the platform is still gaining popularity among younger recipients. Travis Hunter, the winner of Heismman Trophy, is a popular figure in the application.

Rodriguez explained that he has the right to enforce such a restriction for his team. He assured that his players may have full freedom in relation to the choice of lifestyle when they retired from sport.

“I can do it. I can have rules. In twenty years, if they want to sit in pajamas in the basement, eating cheetos and watch a thicket or whatever hell, they can go to it, burning marijuana, whatever. Knockout – noted Rodriguez.

He insisted that he wanted his players to focus on winning football matches instead of getting more involved in social media.
