Constance Marten is resumed without the accused, as the court said about the abandoned Cat

Marten and Gordon, without a fixed address, denied the gross neglect of their daughter and causing or allowing death from January 4 to February 27, 2023.

The jury was said that the accused were convicted during the previous process of hiding the birth of a child and the distortion of the course of justice.
