Govinda wonders about the fan housing and rejecting James Cameron’s avatar

Veteran Bollywood, Govinda, opened for a long -acting legal battle resulting from a quarrel on the set of his film from 2008 Money Hai Toh Honey Hai. The incident dates back to 2008, when a man named Santosh was supposedly hit by Govinda during a visit to the movie set. Santosh later submitted a case against the actor, demanding financial compensation for assault. The legal dispute extended over nine years before it was dissolved in 2017.

Speaking of a case in an interview with Mukesh Khanna on his YouTube channel, Govinda shared his perspective:

“The case turned out to be happy for me. Someone behaved badly and I hit him. The case has been going on for years until a friend suggested that I carry out the sting surgery. I secretly registered the prosecutor, asking for 30-40 million RS to withdraw the case and submitted this evidence to the court. “

Govinda also claimed that his decision to intervene was based on reports, that Santosh behaved badly with crew members. However, he expressed the disappointment that those he supported in the past did not stand with him.

The case was finally resolved in 2017, when the Supreme Court advised Govind to issue an apology. Santosh later withdrew his demand for compensation.

Govind’s career in recent years

Once a prevailing star in the 90s, Govinda saw a revival in mid -2000, before his presence on the screen became sporadic. His last serious roles were in Fryday (2018) I Rangeel Raja (2019).
