“Killer Cat”, which is to be deported to extend, says immigration

(Update) Manila, Philippines – The Immigration Bureau (BI) is to deport a foreigner, identified as Chinese, who appeared in a film copying cat in the park in the city of Makati.

Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony Viado explained on Thursday that the 32 -year -old “Killer Cat Killer” will be deported at an excessive rate, and not for violation of the Republic of Act 8485 or the Act on animal welfare of 1998.

Viado said that Jiang was arrested by BI before his residence in Barangay Palanan, Makati City on March 10 last year after he was crossed.

BI data shows that Jiang arrived as a tourist in the country in May 2023, but he did not expand his visa from September 2023.

Jiang was unable to present any documentation to arresting agents. He was immediately arrested, reserved and transferred to the BI. Bicutan, Taguig facility when he faces his deportation case.

Viado warned foreigners to respect Filipino laws and not abuse the hospitality of Filipinos, saying that Jiang’s cruel action led to an investigation in the BI case.

“Guests should not come to our homes, kicking our animals,” added Viado.

Jiang became popular after kicking the cat’s cat named “Ken”, which calmly rested on the pavement. The cat later injured.

The news said that Jiang was arrogant and refused to provide his information to citizens in the area after the incident.

In the investigation proceedings in Bi Jiang, he said that “he had a bad day” when he asked why he had committed such an act that he informed the Filipino Society for Animal Care (PAWS).
