The judgment of Borges in two separate federal criminal matters is scheduled for June 2.

Borges concluded an allegation agreement on October 24 and confessed to the conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and fentanyl, using weapons for selling drugs, selling fentanyl and cocaine and collecting loan extensions by extortion.
