A teacher accused of creating child pornography generated by AI students

Corinth, Miss. (WMC/Gray News) – Currently, a teacher from the Mississippi school district is in the face of criminal charges after the police claim that he used artificial intelligence to create clear films of students.

Wilson Jones, a teacher at the Corinth School District, was arrested on Wednesday and accused of producing and having a transformed image of child pornography. The school district claims that the 30-year-old is no longer employed, WMC reports.

The Mississippi Education Department sent a complaint to the Police Department in Corinth on February 27, claiming that Jones violated the Code of Ethics of Mississippi. A call was issued to take over the laptop and thumb driving.

The police reviewed the content and identified eight students aged 14 to 16 as victims of video films generated by AI depicting them involved in sexual behavior.

The police say the victims have never been shot. Jones allegedly generated material from AI students, using photos taken from social media accounts and sending them to generative software.

Parents of the victims were immediately notified after discovery.

In accordance with the documents of the Federal Court in November, the headmaster of the Corinthian Junior High School was notified of suspicious activities on Jones’s computer, which was detected in school by the Bark application, which is used to monitor and control online activities on all district computers.

E -Mail of Bark showed a “heavy” alert marked as “sexual” from Jones’s computer.

The IT school director gained access to Jones and viewed three clear films that were marked. Jones allegedly sent the content to his Google disk, which caused a bark alert.

The films supposedly present kissing and revealing students.

The headmaster of the school and the headmaster confronted Jones about the discovery the next day. According to the statement, Jones admitted that he created films using artificial intelligence, but claimed that it was not sexual.

The Corinth school district has published the following statement on the case:

“The Filtering System of the Corinth online school district has notified the administration of improper activity on the teacher’s computer. The district examined the complaint, took action and reported the case, in accordance with the requirements of Mississippi Department of Education Office of Educator.

Since this applies to the employment of a former employee of the school district and is subject to the current investigation into law enforcement agencies, the district may not offer any additional commentary at the moment. The district has collaborated and will continue to cooperate with any application for help in law enforcement agencies. “
