Hope Shores Alliance launches the victims’ expansion project News, sport, work



Alpenna – Hope Shores Alliance will gladly announce the introduction of a project to expand sexual violence in rural areas and victims’ services. The project is a comprehensive initiative aimed at improving the services of victims for people who survived domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and persecution in the region of the five-Hrabism of Alcon, Alpen, iOSco, Montmorency and Presque Isle in the northeastern Lower Michigan.

With strong commitment in supporting the Survivors, Hope Shores Alliance cooperates with 22 social agencies to implement the goals and goals of the program. These partnerships reflect a joint dedication in providing care other from trauma and expanding the network of services available to people who survived.

The project will bring benefits that survived children, adolescents and adults, focusing on two basic areas of services: expanding therapeutic services and improving access to forensic medical examinations.

Program components include the extension of therapeutic services for people who survived, establishing an Examiner Nurse Team with sexual assault and establishing a partnership with the MyMichigan Medical Center Alpenna in order to establish a package of services in which people who survived can access medical examinations, support and others critical services in a centralized place.

The main goal of the project of expansion of sexual violence in rural areas and victims’ services is to provide children, youth and adults in the Five-Housed Service District with the highest quality care, including immediate access to therapeutic support and sympathetic support, a comprehensive doctor of a criminal doctor.
