Toledo, a man arrested for the alleged cutting of another man’s torso with a knife

Toledo, Ohio (WTVG) – the man was arrested after the police said he had cut the man’s torso on Thursday.

Court documents show on January 23, Ryan Layne, 47 years old, allegedly used a knife, cutting a man on the left side of the torso. Later he was arrested on January 27 and accused of crime.

According to court files, Layne appeared in court on January 28, where the judge set a bond at USD 50,000 at a level without a percentage. On February 6, he has a back to court for a preliminary trial.
