The man from Cortland does not live after soldiers say that his car was involved in several accidents before entering SUV -W Warren Township on Tuesday.

Ohio State Highway Patrol says 21 news that the 43-year-old Chad Coffee led a hatchback, which crossed the central Mahoning Avenue NW line, falling to Chevy Trax north of the North River Road around 1:30 am

Coffee died in a disaster. The trax driver, 48-year-old Maurice Douglas from Warren, was taken by helicopter to a Youngstown hospital with injuries that soldiers describe as serious but not life-threatening.

Soldiers say they think that speed and alcohol were factors in an accident.

The patrol claims that coffee was involved in two other accidents before he was killed.

Chevy Malibu with Coffee escaped from control over the State Route 5, hitting the barrier. When another driver stopped to make sure that the coffee is fine, the soldier said that on the side of the second car and left the accident.

Shortly afterwards, the patrol says that the Coffee car hit the handrail on Route 45 Ramie with Route 82 east.

Investigators found a debris trail from accidents.

The Mahoning Avenue episode was closed until 4:30 in the morning

Soldiers do not say that neither Douglas nor coffee wore seat belts at the time of the accident.
