Grindr accused of using back-to-work policies to thwart unionization and push out workers

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has filed a formal complaint against LGBTQ dating app Grinder over its enforcement of a back-to-work policy that it claims was put in place solely to retaliate against unionizing.

According to reportGrindr has terminated the contracts of “approximately 83 employees” after they failed to comply with the RTO’s new mandate.
